My impression from watching tutorials

There is a lot more that I need to learn about blogs and blogging but the tutorials have definitely helped me. Since this the first time that I have ever attempted to try to blog. As I mentioned on my blog before, I was under the impression that blogging was a complete was of time. Once I started watching the tutorials and actually working on one, I am beginning to understand it better. One of the things I found interesting is the fact that depending on the labels added to the profile with a single click one can have access to thousands maybe more bloggers that share similar interests. Another thing I thought it was pretty good is the fact that the header can be customized so easily. Also the fact that everything that is needed to create a blog is at the click of the mouse.
One thing is for sure, blogging is a tool from which everyone who uses it benefits from it.

Internet Schemes

This is something I came across while reading the news paper, and perhaps none of us will for for it, but there are people out there that will.
Puppy lure.
The American Veterinary Medical Association issued an advisory this month, warning would-be pet owners about Internet ploys that offer popular purebred puppies and exotic pets at discount prices.
The scheme: operators first ask customers to wire several hundred dollars, usually to Africa or somewhere else overseas, for the animals, then later request more money for insurance or transportation costs.The victims usually don't realize they have been taken in until months later, when their pets never arrive. Some even have shown federal regulators photos they had received of "their puppy," which proved to be stock pictures pirated from Web sites."This is something that has happened before, but it sounds like it's flaring up again," said AVMA spokesman Michael San Filippo, whose organization is the nation's leading voice for companion animal health. "It's a reminder about the do's and don'ts of selecting a pet."

It is incredible, I was under the impression that blogging would be a simple hobby or waste of time, but as it turns out, and after doing some kind of research and trying to create my first blog, I have found out that it is quite the opposite. One really needs to know the way around what it takes to compose a blog.

As you can see by the way my blog looks, I'm a true novice and it shows. I'm though, looking forward to improving as this class goes on.
